DEALER ElIGIBILITY

-Registered company (with import/export or local distribution qualifications) and able to provide business license/company registration certificate;

-Established sales channels (offline stations, B2B fleets, leasing/sharing platforms, or online e-commerce) and local service network;

-Service capability or willingness to accept our training to build a service team;

-A clear market launch plan (promotion budget or explanation of store/team size);

-Financial commitment to meet the minimum order volume required for recruitment (see subsequent key business terms).-

-Exclusive Authorization: Regional exclusive agency can be applied for if annual sales targets and market investment are met. An exclusive agreement and a security deposit clause must be signed.
